See the unseen…

Designed for true discovery, our purpose-built vessel opens up the entire Monsoon Coast. Taking you far beyond the reach of larger boats and into some of Australia’s most remote, untouched waters. These are places few ever experience, where the landscape feels raw, wild, and entirely your own.

Explore in small, intimate groups and connect with the Top End on a deeper level. Cast a line into pristine waters, then savour your catch at its freshest, straight from ocean to plate. Each day unfolds differently, whether you’re navigating secluded waterways, slipping into hidden coves, or simply taking in the stillness of a coastline untouched by crowds.

The Top End’s famous sunsets hit differently out here, uninterrupted horizons, vast skies, and nothing but wilderness in every direction.

Aboard Cape Adieu, no two safaris are ever the same. Every journey is personal, flexible, and shaped entirely around you. Whether you’re chasing a dedicated fishing adventure, a more relaxed coastal exploration, or a balance of both, our experienced crew work with the tides, the conditions, and your preferences to craft something seamless and uniquely yours.

From the moment you step onboard, everything is taken care of. All meals are included and freshly prepared each day, often featuring your own catch alongside quality local produce. Premium fishing equipment, guided experiences, tender transfers, and access to otherwise unreachable locations are all part of the journey.

Our safaris run exclusively from October to December, making them a limited and highly sought-after experience. With only a small number of departures each season, early booking is essential.

This is more than just a trip — it’s a fully immersive Top End adventure, designed to stay with you long after you’ve stepped back on shore.

A Taste of the Top End

Dining on our safaris is as fresh and authentic as it gets. Every meal onboard is thoughtfully prepared and fully included, showcasing the very best of the Top End. We cook what you catch, paired with locally sourced ingredients that celebrate the region and its seasons.

You might be tucking into freshly grilled Mackerel caught that morning, Red Emperor or Golden Snapper caught for dinner, served with simple, bold flavours that let the quality speak for itself.

Whether it’s a barefoot lunch on a remote beach, fresh fillets sizzling on the grill back at the boat, or a sunset feast under a blazing orange sky, every meal is shaped by the day’s journey.

There’s something special about eating what you’ve caught with your own hands. It connects you to the place in a way nothing else can.

Comfort & Character

Below decks lies stories ingrained in the timber. Originally fitted out in Port Lincoln, SA and later undergoing extensive refits in Indonesia, the vessel is a blend of craftsmanship, character and seafaring life.

Life aboard is simple, comfortable and deeply connected to the ocean around us. The gentle movement of the sea, salty air through open hatches, and the quiet rhythm of life on the water.
